| Step 3: |
Complete the Recertification Application and attach the following documents:**
- Exhibit 1: Copy of applicant's most recent financial statement (which is less than 120 days old).
- Exhibit 2: District and federal tax returns for the past two years.
- Exhibit 3: Current District of Columbia Professional License (i.e., Contractor, Engineer, Architect).
**If applying for recertification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), you must include the principal owners' personal financial statement (less than 120 days old) and a notarized DBE letter demonstrating the causes that contribute to your economic and social disadvantaged status (i.e., access to capital, credit, bonding, equal opportunity in contracts, educational opportunities and housing.) |
