Business Resources
The Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) offers all District-based businesses management/technical assistance and access to capital services from Howard University's Small Business Development Center and the Washington District Office of the US Small Business Administration. We encourage entrepreneurs to use these business resources in the development of their businesses.
Businesses can obtain Certified Business Enterprises (CBE) Certification applications by visiting the following Business Resource Centers. Applications may also be downloaded directly from this web site. Please see User Guide.
