NCRC and RLARC Release Requests for Qualifications Targeted to LSDBEs
The National Capital Revitalization Corporation (NCRC) and its subsidiary, the Redevelopment Land Agency Revitalization Corporation (RLARC), are jointly inviting firms to submit qualifications statements for two contracts to provide environmental consulting or remediation services for various real-estate and economic-development projects. Firms that specialize in performing environmental-impact assessments under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and HUD regulation 24 CFR Part 58 are particularly encouraged to apply for the NEPA Request for Qualification (RFQ) below.
To the greatest extent possible, NCRC/RLARC desire to contract with local, small and disadvantaged business enterprises (LSDBEs), as certified by the District's Department of Small and Local Business Development. These enterprises and teams that include LSDBEs will be given preferred consideration. Quotations are due March 1, 2006. Please select the links below for more details.
