News Release for Immediate Release May 19, 2003 OLBD, Washington Airports Authority Sponsor Marketplace The Office of Local Business Development will sponsor a one-day Marketplace to provide certified LSDBEs* the opportunity to exhibit and market their products/services to local and federal governments and our private sector partners. The District's procurement officers/specialists and the Industrial Revenue Bond partners will exhibit and provide procurement opportunities for certified LSDBEs. Also, the Certification Division will hold a workshop on "the application process."
